I would like to discuss the possibility of building an Air Base on the isle of Benecia, tentatively named B'Caw Air Base. Interested?

Sorry, sorry, the weekend got in the way...
But yes, Benacia would be prefectly happy to host an air base. And having one named for our patron deity would just be spiffy.
The highlands slightly west of Port Benacia are thinly inhabited; though rocky, some areas are wide and flat enough that airfields might be built. Does that sound acceptable for a location?

Sounds suspiciously like a plan to me ;-)
B'Caw Air Base fine for a name?

Ahhh, B'caw is pleased by this. In gratitude, he's sent you a lovely gift basket in the mail!
