Not everyone plays Dungeons and Dragons, though I would be interested in some other roleplaying.

Posted: **Tue Mar 14, 2006 5:15 pm**

I would be interested as well.

Ooh! Ooh!! Me too! Me too!!

I often enjoy "literature-form" roleplaying, like in recwars.

Posted: **Fri Mar 17, 2006 11:00 am**

I agree. Do we have a third?

To lend your support for a literature-based RPG of course!

Although we probably couldn't use a typical Shirerithian setting, we could do a Zombie RP, probably one based on the Zombie Survival Guide.

Although it sounds a little silly, it actually is a good setting for a deep psychological and action RP. Instead of heroes, we have ordinary people thrust into extraordinary situations. People having to cope with fear and death. People who can fight back, but only for so long. WHo have to be creative and intelligent to escape, or at least survive for a little longer.

I could run one of those too, a la the DnD campaign, just using either the World of Darkness (either first or second) or this cool little RPG book I have called "All Flesh Must Be Eaten."

-I strive to be eldritch.

What, like the "eldritch and batrachian inhabitants of squamous Dulwich"?

no. more eldritch like the giant blind penguins in the extreme arctic! Or of course eldritch as in the study

but anywho, a CoC rpg would make me do the happy dance

If someone seriously wants to do Call of Cthulu, I'd be in on it too. It sounds too cool to pass up.

Ok... so... anyone want to do a... text-based rpg here at the forums? Er?

Posted: **Fri Mar 31, 2006 3:17 pm**

When I get regular intarweb access back, I want to start a recwar with someone. Not sure who yet, though.

Posted: **Sat Apr 01, 2006 9:13 am**

That works for me.

A recwar against a foreign country would be fun...
