It be declared and mandated by this entity and by the Authority of the same That the People of Shireroth and of all the Dominions and Territories thereunto belonging are and shall be and are hereby constituted, made, established, and confirmed to be a Commonwealth and free State And shall from henceforth be Governed as a Commonwealth and Free State by the supreme Authority of this Nation, the Liberation League and by such as they shall appoint and constitute as Officers and Ministers under them for the good of the People and that without any Kaiser or Landsraad.

We do recognise neither the authority of of any Anti Kaiser, nor those calling themselves Kaiser, as do say and most firmly believe that they are souls dangerous to the lives and well being of the People of Shireroth
Thereby, We, in the name of the People of Shireroth, have claimed power for the People, by a Person.

Having been one who suggested that Shireroth have a leader named "Zorg the Usurper", I cannot help but wonder if I am inadvertently repsonsible for this. Though in my defense, I was expecting a Kaiser...
