Shireroth

I, Fax Celestis, Duke of Naudia'Diva, hereby petition the Kaiser of Shireroth to remove the following individuals from their noble positions. They have emigrated or fallen inactive.

Ric Lyon, Duke of Elwynn, has emigrated, with an indefinite return date. I ask that his county, that of Eliria and Utasia, be returned to the Shirelands.

Iain de Vembria, Count of Elwynn, has fallen inactive for six weeks. I ask that his county, that of Lesser Automatica, be returned to the MCS.

Ozarka Monto, Count of Elwynn, has emigrated, and is now a somewhat inactive citizen of the Republic of Antica. I ask that his county, that of Elwynnese Illumination, be returned to the Shirelands.

Vesteralen, Duchess of Elwynn, has fallen inactive for eight weeks. I ask that her county, that of Iseirdia-la-Vraulalennir, be returned to the Shirelands.

Charldelta, Baron of Antica, has fallen inactive for six weeks. I ask that his county, that of Skiron, be returned to the Shirelands but held for the dormant Dinarchy of Antica in accord with the Treaty of Aquilaria.

Eoin Dornan, Count of Northhold, has put himself on leave of absence for an indeterminate amount of time. I ask that his county, that of Volsung, be returned to the Shirelands but held by no other fief pending his return.

Shacia Seliny, Count of Kildare, has fallen inactive for greater than eight weeks. I ask that her county, that of Vervolkkommnung, be returned to the Shirelands.

I also hereby request that the territory known as Balduvien be returned to the MCS.

Should all of these requests be granted, I have one further request: that the contract binding together the fief of Elwynn be declared null and void. According to the Charter, the Feudal Holdings Act, and Imperial Decree #201: A New Feudalism, Elwynn would no longer contain enough citizens to permit its' existence as a Duchy. Indeed, it would barely have enough citizens to be a Barony.

This should be sorted out once a true Kaiser is agreed upon.

Also, you can't just go plopping Antican counties into the Shirelands (I believe). I think it has something to do with the Treaty of Aquilaria, though I'm not sure. You may want to ask Delphi about that.

I request that the Kaiser disregard the rather remarkably well-timed reemergence of several citizens who appear on the preceding list. Their reappearance does not amend their absence.

My lord Kaiser,

May I request that in order to keep Elwynn intact, that the Counties of Elwynn be merged into one County of Elwynn with me, my wife, Harald, Oz, Iain or Ardy held.

I waited until I knew who the Kaiser was before I suggested a thing like this. (I haven't been following Shireroth and micronaitons in general due to health problems). I would also like to add that any correlation between my reemergence and this petition of the honourable Duke of Naudia'Diva is purely coincidental.

In fact, several other Elwynnese people have said to me in confidence that since my inactivity they had let Elwynn die. So I feel that it would only be just for Elwynn if the Counties thereof be merged into one county, in order to keep the Elwynnese lands united under one rule.

Furthermore, I regret the attitude of the honourable Duke in relating to this matter. I did say when I announced my LOA that it was due to health problems. I have not emigrated. I remain loyal to this Empire and to the Kaiser.

I only waited until I could figure out who the real Kaiser was before I did something. Malarbor confused me.

The counties are way too big to merge.

Not at all. New Jasonia is pretty big itself and the Antican counties are each about the same size as a united Elwynn would.

And no, it isn't comparable. Elwynn is larger than both of those, although I'd agree that it would be nice to divide Antica further, but that is up to Delphi.
