Is it possible that I could be made the offical diplomat to the Republic of Antica? It's probably better than Scott, considering that I am very well liked in Antica and am trusted, as opposed to Scott. Making me the offical representative would probably help heal the relations between the two nations.

Knock yourself out. You've now been inducted into the DiploCorps with the rank of Ambassador to Antica. That means you can say you're the ambassador and have what you tell them be official Shirerithian policy.
