Would it be possible to grant me (or Bill or SOMEONE) the power to go back through the decrees and make cosmetic changes to them? Things like grammar and spelling and possibly formatting?

It could even be as fancy as having an "Imperial Scribe" whose job it is to fix spelling and grammar in Imperial Decrees (past and present) and to add those Decrees to the Decreebook.

I like the idea of te Imperial Scibe.. especially the Decreebook adding part... though it does make them a very powerful position. and I'm not sure I like the idea of giving someone such free reign with grammar.. since the difference of a punctuation can make a big difference...
But... yes... I like the idea of the Imperial Scribe.... I like it indeed... Any suggestions on someone who will do it, and not go overboard?
I don't however want to go back over old decrees.

With older decrees, I'd mostly just like to correct spelling and formatting, not so much grammar.

My opinion on grammatical issues is that all corrections/changes must be passed by the Kaiser for approval, of course. This largely limits the power the Scribe might have.

I'm going to volunteer (if not insist) for the Decreebook. I am doing it anyways with the Lawbook.

well, by law, in the decreebook, all decrees that affect perminent law must be in the lawbook. But previous Kaisers have been... lax... in documenting...
