It has come to the attention of the lords of Lunaris that its current geography is somewhat inconclusive with the maps from Eriana Moon's Reign.
After carefull fact finding and constant inquisition by H4773r and Krasniy's agents, a somewhat feasable, if not fantastic, explanation has been accepted.

Origionally, many moons agoe (no punn intended) tha lands of Lunaris looked like this.

However, when Eriana sacraficed her own life essence to save here lover the very land itself fell to throws of sorrow at her passing. Not only did the very earth move, but the Great Dragon performed Magicks to protect Eriana's body. (Lady Moon, should you read this feel free to PM me about revisions)

Apparently, the Great Dragon began to build a mound to harbor her body and made a vow to itself to gaurd her form until her returning. Shortly thereafter, as the very land felt the impacts of her death, Lunaris buckled up, over her mystic tomb and it's guardian pushing it into the Eldar Range. In this movement of land mass another unkown entity lies within Mt Fgtahn, some beleive. So the locals established Fort Fleming not only to assist the gaurd of the Great Dragon but in case anything not Eriana should Awake.
And what of the rivers and lakes? No one is sure, most beleive they slipped into the ocean as the earth moved.
The forest however, in a move of fetal positioning curled itself against the sea in order to preserve its magics in a concentrated area.
The more quiet, subtle and overtly crazy Lunatics founded Lune Villa and Teldrin while those who were more agriculturaly inclined move to the more flat and rich soil the Lower lands had to offer.

This is why Lunaris is today like this..
