Kaiser or Stewart, whomever leads our country in these times of change.
I, H4773r 3lfs0n, Citizen of Shireoth petition to your lordship that you grant Krasniy Yastreb, long time inhabitant of Lunaris before my presence,
the county of Lower Lunaris in lewe of its current count's lack of atendance to thier lands.
As the current Count of Upper Lunaris and Newly apointed Baron of Kildare(to be renamed soon) I have studied the lands traditions and histories and assert wholeheartedly that Lower Lunaris would benifit greatly from Mr. Krasniy's rule.
As far as I can tell Lower Lunaris's count has not been seen nor heard from since before Kaiseress Semisa I appointed said counts lands to them.
Therefore, as a Baron and inhabitant of the lands of Lunaris I endorse, hopefully along with that of Angelgaurdian and others once they hear our plea,
That Krasniy Yastreb, as his signature denotes, is the rightfull custodian of Lower Lunaris.
I humbly await the desicions of those who are my superiors.
