Baronial decree #2: Retirement and naming of an heir

I, Hypatia Agnesi, do hereby step down from the position of Baroness of the Barony of Kildare. I keep my title as Duchess of the Duchy of Kildare, however, and maintain my control of the Barony of Kildare as Duchess over it.
I name Sir H4773r 3lfs0n as my heir to this position. I further encourage him to rename the Barony of Kildare to something more interesting and less prone to confusion with the Duchy of Kildare.
I also encourage him to message me more often and to communicate goings on within the Barony and any issues he has within the Duchy of Kildare.
