I Krasniy Yastreb come on the invitation of the great Count h4773r 3lfs0n to discuss all things Lunarian, and gather support for my claim on the dormant lands of Lower Lunaris so that it might be re-invigorated to its former glory.

I have watched from afar the rule of Mr. 3lfs0n and his ever present h47, and admired his conscientious research on the Lunarian identity so that he may do what is truly best... for this I must applaud him.

I make myself your guest for as long as it may please you...

*I turn about after introducing Yastrb's page ti him and ensuring the page tends to Krasniy's needs, and I head towards the airstrip out back of the palace.*

*leads the two to a lovely balcony overlooking the Eriana eth Lune Forest. A short table with Lunarduex Hooch, Crescent Valley wines and various hors d'uvoures sits amid four chairs or so. I pick up a glass and pour a bit of the wine, offers to the other two. motions to the Hooch*

thats for after we talk buisiness. so far intelegence from Fort Flreming to the south has reported no activity whatsoever in Lower Lunaris nor has any of my various contacts seen or heard of its ruler within the last moth or so. So, I will personally go to the Kaiseress and propose a reassesment of whom should be granted thoselands, hopefully you, Krasniy will acompany me and your presence, angel, would also be a boon to myself as, i would imagine to Krasniy.

Naturally I shall assist you in the venture, given the matter being one close to my heart. Half of Lunaris quiet and dead when once a jolly madness reigned is no acceptable situation at all.

Honestly, this is a terrible time to overthrow inactive counts, seeing as how Semisa I has stepped down and left the throne in chaos, but I do still hold some sway, so i'll see what I can do.

I suggest a forcefull request at the court of the kaiser and come stewart or emperor, the count in questiuon should be in contact or thier lands are forfeit.

And so It came to pass with the help of AngelGuardian, the petition by H4773r, in the name of Krasniy Yastreb, was noted by the noble Kaiseress Semisa I.

Shortly thereafter She decreed that the lands be handed to Krasniy and henceforth Shireroth would know of

Krasniy Yastreb, Count of Lower Lunaris.
