Of course a simple solution to that would still be annexing Novaya Zemlya... grrr.

Of course, with 3 citizenships you cant hold any position other then commoner, afaik...

Anyway, since I can't legally post in the Landsraad now, I'll answer the question on the thread here. It's unilateral because NZ says on their foreign site that they'll recognize anyone reasonable who asks, and so it seemed easier to just pass something on our own and ask for recognition from them rather than go through the trouble of hammering out a bilateral treaty.
