The Landsraad enacts the following:1. Paragraph 2 of Section I shall be amended to read:Quote:2. A Shirithian is allowed to hold titles in fiefdoms other than their own as long as these are below the rank of baron, or are honorary titles of nobility. There is no restriction on the number of these titles they may hold. 2. Under Paragraph 2 a Paragraph 3 shall be inserted and shall read:Quote:3. If a Noble holds an honorary title of nobility in another Duchy or Barony not under zir jurisdiction, ze may not act as Steward of that fiefdom, nor may ze be in charge of any of that fiefdom's votes in the Landsraad.
