Locke's Will: To honor or not to honor

That is the question... (sorry I couldn't help myself)The former Terminus and Duke of Lothlaria, has "passed on" from Tymaria. He has submitted a will which can be found here: pub44.ezboard.com/ftymari...=775.topicIn reading this will, I see a huge conflict with reality. The Kaiser of Shireroth decides who shall run Lothlaria. It is not the previous ruler of the duchy. It isn't even the duke of the duchy. What do the rest of you think? I find no problem in honoring said will. I believe that he made an effort to, not correct things, but at least explain them after he recognized his mistake. Unlike J-sm-r, Locke apologized for his actions and gave an explanation for his actions. Though this explanation may or may not have been valid, I believe that, since he was able to discuss (like a normal human being) what he had done, his will should be honored. The Kaiser Is Death! Long Live The Kaiser!

perhaps it would be more fitting to have Grand Elector of Lothlaria bestowed upon me?
