I'm not sure, but as I see it:as a territorry, you can do pretty much anything you want to... in fact, you can even conduct foreign relations regarding your own state... so long as they don't call for secession... territorries are the most free regions in shireroth, since technically they haven't been completely assimilated into the Republic. The bad part: you have to pay tributes to your Duke and Kaiser, and you don't get a vote in the Landsraad... other than that... go nuts!!!((Edit: Rechecked wording in lawbook, turns out citizens of territorries do have to be citizens of shireroth.)) Joseph you are COMPLETELY wrong. A territory is a bit of territory that hasn't gotten Duchy/Barony Status. It can be part of a Barony or a Duchy. the Governor is a NON-noble... A Free-Territory is what you described. We have none of those right now.Watch what you say. NO subdivision or territory of Shireroth may conduct foreign affairs, nor have citizens that aren't citizens of Shireroth. No may they disobey ANY order given to them by their Noble...
