Volsaarn Requests a Council

To have another discussion and vote on Hyperborea's current status as a barony of Elwynn. There's been a helluva lot of arguement over in Mari-land, but over here it's been quiet save a few poetic mutterings (hail Hyperborea!). Elder Mikol - your move.SBEK Locke.

You should get a city-and-countryside county or such. Surely Scott can not disagree that you deserve a parcel of land as much as I. Locke.

My plan has been for a while to give Niirus the position of elder over the city of Midhoth, but I have been waiting until the Duchy situation is ironed out to see exactly what territories and people I have to match with one another. I apologize for my delay.As for the whole Elwynn issue, I have already stated my personal feelings - that we should be less interested in power and more interested in the harmonious working of the Duchy and the continued allegiance of those who live inside it. Nevertheless, I acknowledge the decision of the Council and will discuss the matter with Erik and Mari as soon as possible.

Mikol, you know I wouldn't ask you to put myself above any other concern of yours. Believe it or not, I can continue my existence in Hyperborea without a little piece of territory to indulge my megalomaniacal tendencies.
