Ducal Decree #3--Order of Recruitment

FROMThe Ducal Chambers,Soyoth o'Leber in Vanam.The Order has fallen upon hard times. Only half a dozen Paladins and their squires responded to the Viceroyal order to return to the mother barracks. In order to replenish the ranks and revitalize the Order, it is hereby decreed that a national campaign aimed at recruiting the finest warriors in the land shall be presently be undertaken.
