Is a new background in order?

I've been running the idea through my head of changing the background here to something more to my liking... is this a grand idea or one I should hang from the rafters for?

Solitary Poet: Really? just black? The Orc-elf-goblin-demon tree is supposed to be default on all the forums...Jadie: Thanks I think I definitely want to go with a more gothic feel... I have a nice Picca from Castlevania that I have as my desktop picca. for some reason, the site seems to be completely down... portland is running fine, and we didn't go over our bandwidth limit... I think somehow all the files got deletedI'm going to redownload WS_Ftp (my pro edition ran out and I installed winXP) and put it back up hopefully tomorrow... i don't really have time right now... still setting up everything for my new os (did total rehaul to get rid of win98 bugs) Raised by a family of Griffins in the forests of Llanowar, this young mage is rumored to be the sole male born of the Serra tribe.
