Anyone have some animation software?

I'm trying to create my own little Devin Townsend Buddy Icon for AIM. I have the picture I want to use, but I want to create a second frame with his name on it with a couple of seconds between the two frames. The text of the second frame would have to be large enough so that it could still be clear when AIM reduces its size. I am most inept when it comes to this stuff, so any help would be appreciated. ...And I can't believe that I'm here to stay......'Cause I never worked it out this way......And I love you more than I can say......But I hate you every other way

I have Animation Shop that comes with PSP7.Just e-mail me the pics with a note of what you want and i'll try and whip something

Here's an example of my better work. It's a signature image for a RP community, but features opacity editing and image layering. I used PSP and Photoshop to make it.
