Dearest Kaiseress,The Elders have told me to inform you that they have no intention of attempting to have Goldshire secede from the Imperial Republic. Once the duchy is under my control it will be administered by the Elders and guarded by the Golden Horde. I repeat, no attempt at secession will be made. You are kindly advised to not interfere with this conflict. It is an internal struggle. Any Imperial Legions will be looked upon as a hostile force and if they near the Horde they will be engaged.The Elders and I wish the Kaiseress the best of luck and good health.Your servant,Paraxylsis of Dejavar
