Due to inactivity in filling out the census, the Ministry of Immigration and Naturalization has suspended the following citizenships indefinitly:Gman Russell (reinstated)Shyriath (reinstated)Stone Jackabar (reinstated)Sally CelebrianThe Imperial Republic demands that all citizens fill out the census once every four months. According to the records of Gryphon the Pure, these four people have not done so. Therefore, their citizenships are suspended. Any voting rights they held due to nobility are also suspened.In order to have your citizenship reinstated, please fill out the census. This is incredibly easy as the short form can be filled out in no more then five minutes. Five minutes of your time every four months is not unreasonable to ask for.I am aware that some of the citizenships that were suspended have not been here for four months. However, you missed the last census and that is still a problem. Pleae fill out the new census at the link above.Thank you for your time. The census is always going on.In fact, I put a big orange announcement at the top of the main board page so people would notice.The census should be filled out by any citizen at least once every four months, and the census itself is collected once every two months. So you get two chances.As for the general lack of notification, if I had still had administrator powers, I would have seen to it that each person who had not filled out the census (other than ambassadors and other such foreigners) in four months would get a very definite personal notification. However, this not being the case, I have not had the patience to get it around to every person. I apologize.
