Royal Decree 001-03RECOGNIZING that it is the fourth anniversary of the Foundation of the Glorious Kingdom of Tulsa, andRECOGNIZING Our royal duty to resurrect Our beloved Kingdom from the darkness of inactivity, andRECOGNIZING that others have expressed interest in joining Our beloved Kingdom, BE IT SHOUTED FROM THE HOUSETOPS that We, Charles, King of Tulsa, do hereby decree that the Glorious Kingdom of Tulsa is re-established, re-formed, and re-enacted. We wish to make this New Kingdom active and vibrant, and desire that the website and forum be altered to reflect this. It is further Our Will and Pleasure that the New Kingdom be set up as an absolute monarchy for the time being, but that a democratic constitution be written as soon as is feasible.
