One can't really vote for the best of those, but the best approximation as to which is the least bad is mp3. A better environment for recording and a real mic, however, would help a lot more than any codec... well, I think. 16kbps is very, very little anyway. If I were looking for quality, ari, I would up it...but I'm not...so there...Also, I don't have a huge amount of webspace to upload a bunch of files to...did you concider that?
