Ok..Type of law in order of power, from the highest to the lowest.Imperial- Law made on the Imperial level, Kaiser, Landsraad ect..Dukal- Law made by a duke or at the Duchy levelBaronal- Law made by a baron or at the Barony level.Types of Imperial Law.Constitutional- Law set down by the constitution.Imperial/Kaiser- Law decreed by the Kaiser, sometimes Landsraad law will be decreed into law after being passed as to give it more power.Legislative/Landsraad- Law voted into place by the Landsraad.Ministerial- Laws set down by a ministry.Traditional- Laws that are not in writing but have always been or have been for some time. These are set by tradition and history. Most are cerimonial and don't effect day to day actions. Untill the constitution was written even the Kaisership was only a traditional law. There is a fine line between Kaiser Law and Constitutional Law. since the Kaiser can rewrite the constitution at anypoint. So basically a Decree is considered an ammendment to the constitution that can be repealed by a Kaiser later on.
