If you want to be recorded as an active citizen, you must fill out a census form by the end of the month. This will be done every two months, and if you miss it two censi in a row, you will lose recorded citizenship and have to re-apply! It is reccommended that you fill out as much of it as you can, but the only things that are required for practical purposes are your screennames, positions, residences (In MicroWorld), and contacts.
