I'd personally like to cast my vote for 3, which seems like the best arrangement. If Darth Miho wishes to get experience in governing, then a stewardship-like arrangement would be a good way to introduce him... and it would give a relatively new citizen the chance to participate more directly in things.I might want to have the Landsraad votes myself in such a scenario, but with other stuff I'd be willing to limit my intervention as Baron.

Darth Miho has shown an interest in being Baron of Southern Brookshire.Unfortunately, we have a Baron of Southern Brookshire: Shyriath.As such, we have three options:1. Keep the current establishment, since we are contractually bound into it.2. Edit the contract and make DarthMiho the Baron.3. As the user in question, i'm not looking to usurp Shyriath, so i'm in favor of the third option.

Well, this problem solved itself with my ascention to the Throne.
