Assuming that's the same as http://www.freewebs.com/cybermaps/map1.htm (I can't see yours), what's the problem? It looks like it was inspired by the MCS map but is suitably different.

He just changed the colors from what it was earlier. As well, look at the legend at the bottom. An exact copy from t he MCS.
