Amendment to Contract

Elwynnese friends,I move to amend the first paragraph of Elwynn to read:1. The Counties of Elwynn; Araxion, Greater Automatica, Eliria and Utasia, Ãseirdia-la-Vraulalennir, Lesser Zjandaria, and Port Illumination; henceforth shall be bound together to form the singular Duchy of Elwynn.In accordance with paragraph 9, this change requires unanimous consent.
