I'm assuming he meant homosexual. Anyway, much as I would love to, we use Babkhan law here these days so I had better check theres a procedure to this.

I think the problem is that Ozarka Mons is 14 years old. That makes him a child, a minor. And he has a right to be protected from sexual remarks.

The matter is covered in the Ducal Decree 'On Criminal and Legal Proceedings of the Duchy' issued on 3 November 2005. Proceedings will need to be arranged in accordance with the due process set out in that decree to determine whether Bill can be tried in Elwynn for offences committed or whether the executive of Elwynn can issue a banning order on its own authority without recourse to legal processes.

I believe it is within Ozarka's rights for him to take offence at being depicted in an obscene act regardless of what one might make of the motivations that lead to him considering the act to be obscene.

I would point at out that Babkhan law has no standing here, lest you make a law similar to he Babhkan law.. it cannot stand here...And SHireroth has no laws concerning any of these charges.. U.S. law may apply... but not Shireroth law that I know of. E. Metzler (UEC)Duke of Brookshire"Never use a BOO/\/\ist as a diplomat" -- GSClicky Clicky..., Tiss for your own good ya know.

Homophobes are basically closet cases too scared to admit to themselves that they aren't "normal." They call it a signature, but no one ever signs their posts...

Ozarka didn't understand that what Bill said was simply a tasteless joke. Perhaps Ozarka didn't understand it because Ozarka's just 14. All Ozarka understood was that it concerned a certain kind of sexual act, so now he's going around saying things like, "Bill asked me to ride his Ferris wheel on his ranch."Because Bill's comments were tasteless and Ozarka blew them out of proportion because of his immaturity, I suggest that Bill be sentenced to one month of not making tasteless jokes and Ozarka be sentenced to one month of not reading too deep into things or filing charges on his every whim. Before long we'll have FBI people becoming citizens just to monitor our forums because, well, half our citizens are 9-year-olds, right?

Don't mock the Duchy's citizens, Graius.I am sure Oz would have been as offended if he had been girl, or if Ardashir were a woman.

I'm not mocking Ozarka; I'm sure he's a lovely chap. I'm mocking his statement:Quote:Straight and scared of non straightsIf he's scared, I'd like to know why. I can understand that he may find it distasteful, or possibly immoral, but scary? Come on! It's not like we have super-long fangs and can transmit HIV with a glance.
