Your Excellency, Greetings;I do hereby confirm that Cranda and Stormark have indeed discussed a possible Treaty between Shireroth, Cranda and Stormark giving each other's ships access to the Gulf of Ghawlama and the Jaris/Cognito straight.

To the Imperial Government of ShirerothHello,I am Richard Lyon of the Diplomatic Corps of Cranda. I come to you in trying to solve some minor problems.It was discussed by Stormark and Cranda some problems in accessing the Crandish and Stormark parts of the Lac Glacei without entering Shirerithian maritime zone. It was understood that Shireroth may remove any unlawful Crandish or Stormark ship for violating Shirerithian territorial integrity.First of all there is a minor problem with the straights between Jaris and Cognito. While both Cranda and Stormark wish to respect the integrity of Shireroth, it is near impossible to get supplies to Lontinia, Lorelei and Eesdeheito from the eastern hemisphere for a reasonable price.The second problem is the gulf west of Cognito. That Gulf is shared by Antica and Shireroth. It is impossible to access the River Glacei without violating either Antican or Shirerithian martime boundaries.Cranda and Stormark would like to know whether it would be possible if a tripartial treaty can be worked out, giving access to eachother's ships in the Gulf of Ghawlama and the Jaris/Cognito straight.If this were possible we would be eternally grateful.Thank youRichard LyonDiplomatic Corps of Cranda
