Shireroth have agreed with a treaty with the Kingdom of Numenór.

May I mention that Natopia's site is now at http://natopia.uni.cc/ and it is now the Sovereign Natopian Empire? (Though we were never the Republic of, maybe Sovereign Imperial Republic of)
