Yep, Diga seems to be fully incorporating it in Transattera. And by the looks of the ongoings within Attera, it is remaining tied to its parent state just as before. Diga has shown himself to have little more maturity than Jacobus. Indeed, look at Jacobus for a perfect example. He created the RCC as a mirror of Cyberia, how own mirror.
