don't we have treaties with like half the map? and yeah.. the reason we are reclusive is historical. We were always the ones with the B0O0/\/\!!! It's a whole lot easier to bomb someone you don't like if you don't have a pact saying that you can't. Or maybe I'm wrong... but I thought that was the general Idea... We really have treaties with everyone who we like who are relevant. The one exception might be Sander's new wacky ancient Phoencian crazynation, and I'll see what they're interested in sometime, but if it involves sealing the pact with the blood of a young child, I'm not touching it.
