I don't like it.I see that you've moved the pictures to above the text. The old way, the pictures and text were on the same level and each forum name was relatively small vertically. This way, the forum names are huge vertically, and it takes a lot of scrolling to get to wherever you're going and you can't see all that many fora at the same time.

I don't mind the new look. There are no flowers, no not this time. There will be no angels gracing the lines, just these stark words I find.

What if I leveled the images with the text, but kept them on the left (as they once were)?EDIT: How about now? Viatax Sitadi Axdivijink RegigoraaukEdited by: Fax Celestis at: 11/20/05 22:07

A suggestion... put the images in tables, so they are all aligned. And the text is all pixelised here. And be consistant. Just my thoughts

I hate it. Not for the looks, but because of the lessened functionality. I prefer to use my computer with both hands on the keyboard, which in Firefox means I'll be opening links by pressing ' and writing parts of the text in them. I can't do that with images. I didn't whine about it when the subdivisions' names were subsumed into the banners because I don't check the subdivisions on a brief visit... I do, however, check general discussion, kaiser's court and landsraad, and now I can't do that anymore without reaching for the mouse. Please, think of the users . Alright, alright. Reversion will occur. But I DO like the images on the left, and they will be repaired so they all line up correctly. Viatax Sitadi Axdivijink Regigoraauk

Images are better on the left. Just remember to centre them if they are different sizes . Does ezboard use HTML for the images showing etc? If so, surelyu if you wanted the names under the images you could plonk them there, esp. if you are using tables.

I don't like it. It's better either on the right, or not at all. The forums are too bulky as it is. I don't really mind the text, but it does seem redundant. Is there any way you could get all of the images to be the same size? I feel like that'd be more attractive.

The text is a bit choppy. If you want less choppiness, use a grey scale palette with #FF00FF as the transparent background. Set the transparency to the background entry. Then apply your text to the graphic. The grey scale tends to touch up the edges better. But to be honest, I'd say ditch the text too. Like Scott said, it's redundant. If you want more detail, add an alt blurb so when you hover the mouse over it, it says something. Like "insanity this way" for the General Discussion or something...
