Profanity filter

I enabled the profanity filter because I'm trying to get us on EZBoard's showcase, which would mean massive amounts of free advertising and potential new citizens, and they require an enabled profanity filter to be eligible. If we don't make it on, I'll turn it off again. Until then, there are very easy ways to get around it, which I'm sure you already know. "The Lord is a shoving leopard." - Reverend William Spooner
