RESOLVED to change Article Three, Section B of the Procedures of the Landsraad to include Clause Four as follows:"In the case of a bill having been submitted in improper format, the Praetor may reformat the bill to facilitate its inclusion into the Lawbook or the Landsraad Procedures as necessary. The Praetor must get the approval of the bill's original sponsor on the reformatting before it becomes official."
