Something that has annoyed me extremely, and I think every right-minded Shirerithian citizen who has ever seen it, is this passage from the LawBook. Thank goodness we are still trying to erase Sirithil's marks from out government.I support this bill, but I would also suggest the removal of decapitation before the voting commences, as we can't really do that, except in a post notifying the populace that a violator has been banned and then adding a bit of RP into it. I would support this bill but for the fact that I strongly wish for decapitation to remain on the statutes book.

Okay, I have a real reason for voting against this now...By removing the clauses of Elf-Snuggling and Decapitation, this bill sets a Precedent for the removal of Cruel and Unusual Punishment from our system.
