TREATY BETWEEN THE IMPERIAL REPUBLIC OF SHIREROTH AND KINGDOM OF PENDRONIA The Treating Parties: IMPERIAL REPUBLIC OF SHIREROTHKINGDOM OF PENDRONIA Article 1. By this Treaty, the High Contracting Parties establish among themselves diplomatic relations. Article 2. 1. The Imperial Republic of Shireroth hereby recognizes The Kingdom of Pendronia as a sovereign, independent and democratic state under International Law for all intents and purposes. 2. The Kingdom of Pendronia hereby recognizes the Imperial Republic of Shireroth as a sovereign, independent and democratic state under International Law for all intents and purposes. Article 3. 1. The Imperial Republic of Shireroth affirms that it will not attack or invade the Kingdom of Pendronia, or otherwise violate the territorial integrity or national sovereignty of the same, or harm the person or interests of any citizen of the same. 2. Kingdom of Pendronia hereby affirms that it will not attack or invade the Imperial Republic of Shireroth, or otherwise violate the territorial integrity or national sovereignty of the same, or harm the person or interests of any citizen of the same. Article 4. The Treating Parties agree to recognise all titles of nobility and ranks and offices of each other, if conferred lawfully by the rightful authorities.
