If the government suffers a huge change (=collapse, make new government)...shouldn't the treaty be null and void anyway? Technically, no, it's not null and void. One side has to formally withdraw from it.

Technically, no...I'm thinking a clause talking about if the nation collapses and the government dies...and then they manage to start it again...Or somebody takes over...like a gov'nt changing suddenly from democracy to empire...and that new king ousts everybody and changes teh government...since a government is all that most micronations are...if the government gets completely restructured so that we are dealing with something entirely different then that which we entered the treaty with, then the treaty should become invalid, or instantly come up for review...because in theory, a different government agreed to it on the other side...
