by Kaiseress Semisa I
Article 2, Section B, Clause 2

From:
Standard bills and acts submitted to the Landsraad shall be voted on by single "Aye", "Nay" or "Abstain" vote, or any other response that clearly states a noble's position and vote. A vote of "Abstain" shall count toward quorum. Nobles may not vote on parts of a bill or act; they must vote upon the bill as a whole. Each noble's vote shall be weighted according to the vote distribution as allotted in Chapter IV, Section B of the Imperial Decreebook.
To:
Standard bills and acts submitted to the Landsraad shall be voted on by single "Aye", "Nay" or "Abstain" vote. A vote of "Abstain" shall count toward quorum. Nobles may not vote on parts of a bill or act; they must vote upon the bill as a whole. Each noble's vote shall be weighted according to the vote distribution as allotted by the Landsraad and confirmed by the Kaiser.

Reason: Clarification, important removals.

Why the "confirmed by the Kaiser" bit? I thought the Landsraad and Kaisership were to be politically seperated. Richard LyonYansha Elaer Kyon gef ShanPernem kahn gef kuymal per varga stiPernem kahn gef varga per kuymal sti

Well, compared to the wording of what it's replacing, it's actually less intrusive..

Thank you Bill. We're all enriched by that superficial opinion. There are no flowers, no not this time. There will be no angels gracing the lines, just these stark words I find.

Well aye does sound cooler, but I digress. In reponse to RicLyon, remember that the Landsraad functions as approved by the kaiser/kaiseress. So with something universal like voting distrobutions I don't see the harm with having the kaiser/kaiseress have the final say on the approval of the distro. Aside from that bit of discussion i'm in support of the plan.

I think that the Kaiser should have the final say on distributions, because, after all, it's the Kaiser. However, being as such, I don't think it should be explicitly laid out there, as there's no need to.

So, maybe just the "allotted by the Kaiser" bit? ...Yeah, it might work in this case. I usually prefer things laid out unambiguously, but since the Kaiser's approval is already implicit in the success of Landsraad actions...
