I realise that.But I thought Naudia'Diva couldn't take votes from baronies that hadn't even been granted votes.

You calculate the Baronies' votes by what they would have if they were independent from the Duchy, and then add that to the Duke's total. Viatax Sitadi Axdivijink Regigoraauk
