sorry to be a beuracratic jobsworth, but to emigrate, you need to fill out the emigration form in the ministry of imigration...anway, are you sure you want to leave? if you find that you cannot get what you are looking for in shireroth, then call me, and I'll see if we can work things out?

Yes, I think he wanted to have some drastic reforms. I told him its pretty much no way its going to happen. But I did also tell him that after the recent dissolving of the Landsraad that perhaps there would be a better chance institute a change after all.
