A Secession Act

OK, I know this sounds controversial, but it is needed.First of all,An act like this will not make general secession legal.Secondly,This act would only apply territories already having a treaty with Shireroth mentioning secession (ie Hyperborea and Arminy). But it will limit their secession to only include lands and baronies and blah blah blah the territory had when it actually joined Shireroth. Ex. Hyperborea would not be able to take Lothlaria with them, should they secede. Nor would Arminy be able to take Elwynn with them.Thoughts?
