Thatwas exactly what I put in the Shirekeep Act! And that the surrounding lands are _geographically_ Elwynnese and should be administered by the Elwynnese government.So the Landsraad wouldn't have done anything to Shirekeep in the Shirekeep Act, just given Elwynn the lands around it.
