Mar Sara Status?

Seeing as the Mar Sara vote has stalled, what is the status of it? Has it passed? Am I a Duke now? Or did it fail?Just wondering.I wanna be officially sanctioned before I do any aesthetic work to it...

It's a null issue anyways. Pending the upcoming approval of the Feudal Holdings Act (or the ammended constitutional version), Mar Sara would be required to have at least two citizens to be eligible for barony status. Since i'm the only citizen there, that disqualifies it for promotion to a barony.Ah well... So much for that idea...
