Thank you, Lady Lumina's Light.
I hope that Count Wintergleam will be able to explain to us what the Prince-hood of Hvalafell actually entails.
Maybe I have a castle somewhere in Stormark

Apparently the Kaiser of Shireroth is a member of the Stormarkian royalty.
Constitution of Stormark: Emperor's Code: Article XXVI.
"The Royalty of the Viking Empire consists of the Emperor, the members of Imperial House of Stormark, and Peers of Stormark of princely rank."
VERY NIFTY

SEVENTH, that each recognize the titles of nobility and honours of the other, if conferred lawfully by the rightful authorities.
And under the seventh Article of the
Treaty between Shireroth and Stormark this title is also recognized in Shireroth.

What about the law that says the Kaiser cannot be a citizen of another country? Isn't a peerage a citizenship?
Chapter II: The Kaiser
A: Requirements for the Kaisership
1: Dual Citizenship
a. The Kaiser of Shireroth may not hold citizenship or allegiance to any nation other than the Imperial Republic of Shireroth.

In Stormark Peerage and Citizenship are separate matters so one does not obtain Stormarkian Citizenship by receiving a Stormarkian Peerage.

That might be due to the health issues that you had during that time of your reign.
