Due to reasons beyond the extent of my power to correct, I hereby revoke the act of the Landsraad awarding to Duke Mattlore Devious the Celestis Award. The rest of the Act establishing the Celestis Award is to Remain intact. Mattlore also has citizenship in Ascalon, and they have laws governing when citizens may or may not accept rewards. Apparently there were some problems over there and it seemed that it would be easiest just to revoke the award so he doesn't get in trouble.
