I tallied a few today.. several are moving onto phase 2, and I'll be throwing in 2 new Bills for review soon. Kaiser Erik of Shireroth.Duke of BrookshireNot dead yet...

That we can have two pages of what look like pretty serious discussion about an Act which gives freedom to Chickens, when other bills which actually authorise something that matters lie untended in the dust... Sort of...but when there is an active Kaiser you don't need a Steward..that is only in the time with an inactive Kaiser or no Kaiser at all. Kaiseress Jadie IThe Elf-Cat Kaiseress of Shireroth

there should always be a steward just in case the Kaiser happens to fall off the face of the earth for awhile... or get killed by some unknown assassin...it is never too much to take a wise precaution... no, I'm referring to the previous Kaiser, who did both... but luckily the Kaiseress was active enough to stay, but there was a moment a couple days ago where both the Kaiser and Kaiseress were on temporary leaves of absence I believe... if not, it still can happen, in which case it's good to have a backup... The Landsraad has the power to elect a Steward.....if the Kaiser dies/vanishes. When a Kaiser loses the throw.. for any reason... the Landsraad is called to session and if no heir is available, they must elect a Steward... Kaiser Erik of Shireroth.Duke of BrookshireNot dead yet...
