Seeing that in its current state the cabinet of ministers of Shireroth functions poorly, the following changes shall be invoked in order to make the cabinet more efficient.Each ministry should present to the Kantzler a report on its plans for the future every 2 months. The inability of a minister to fulfill the plans issued in the report may serve as reason of the dismissal of said minister upon consultation of the acting Kaiser with the Kantzler.This is my will,And my will is Law. Um...i've been several ministers in the past...and there really normally isn't much for some of the ministries to do...this really doesn't solve much... If some of the ministries are not doing much, then they can put that on the report. MiniImNat does not have a current project, for example, but they could make sure the list of citizens and census information is updated by when we need it.

a suggestion, Kaiser, if I may?That the Minister of Information take over the job of the Census, and that the full title of Minister of Naturalization be returned to the MiniImNat. Also, that the Ministry of Immigration be returned to Ministry of Immigration and Naturalization, and that the Ministry of Naturalization be converted to the Census Headquarters, or something of the like.Also Suggested that the Minister of Information be given the duty of collecting the Reports of the Ministries in the newformed Census Depot (or whatever it's called) along with the standard Census.Just an Idea, of course...
