Unless Scott has a good reason for loaning them out, I say no (since they are under my jurisdiction as part of Kildare). I try not to intentionally do things specifically for the purpose of annoying someone, especially if I have no personal beef with them. I jokingly responded that it would'nt happen until he wheedled the Kitanus Fields away from Shireroth.Since I know Shireroth doesn't give up land (Lac Glacei *cough*cough*), I knew it'd never happen.In the end, I always win.
