Citizenship Records Up

Good LORD that took a lot of compiling and formatting. All citizenship records between September 2002 and February 2004 are up. Unfortunately all Census records since then were lost in the EzHack. Hopefully my petition will be able to pull them back up, but otherwise I guess this is what we've got. I'll begin the next Census soon.Similarly, there were Censi prior to the establishment of the Bimestrial Census, but all of those were conducted in the General Discussion forum by the Kaiser, and I've been up since yesterday afternoon and not about to go digging through the archives just yet.Feel free, in the meanwhile, to edit in any links you think are important, but please do not edit the displayed text at all. To make a targeted link, use [[target|text]], where "target" is the target page, and "text" is the text you are linking. Please also don't futz with the name links. I'm trying to compile a Citizenship database, and the use of consistent links is essential. Nice.Is there any way we could get a new census soon? A list of current citizens would be really, really useful to have.

My job. Will get done asap. And who would have thought that my fate, it would conjure this twist in the road on which I have wandered? Each vision and dream now completely dismembered, to give one's whole life and find nothing's remembered...And what good is a life that leaves nothing behind? Not a thought or a dream that might echo in time

What's the status of the Department of the Census? Does Joe still run that?

My Ministerial Responsibilities bill changed that. Now it's the Ministry of Immigration and Naturalization's responsibility. As of right now, I am retaining control of the Census. And who would have thought that my fate, it would conjure this twist in the road on which I have wandered? Each vision and dream now completely dismembered, to give one's whole life and find nothing's remembered...And what good is a life that leaves nothing behind? Does that mean the Department's dissolved, that he's been fired from the Department and you're taking direct control of it, or just that you're bypassing him for this particular incident?

Bypassing until further notice. Could you add in a section on the census where people link to a picture(if any) they would prefer to be used on the citizen page? I'm planning on using the next census as the source for the new page. Oh, and an optional link to a Shirewiki summary for the coolest of the cool? They call it a signature, but no one ever signs their posts...

*growls at fax*Fax, the Ministerial Reorganization act changed nothing with regards to the census. it has been a department under the MiniImNat forever. Not to mention the MRA failed, because not even you decided to vote for it.Landsraad archives are apparently a black hole, though, but only 9 of 19 votes were in favour, which means it didn't pass quorum. This looks dodgy to me. After talking with Gryphon, I have confirmed he is right on the procedure, but the procedure itself seems counterintuitive. Since one half of votes cast must be in the affirmative, it seems to make abstains effectively equal to nays. Isn't this what we repealed the change in procedure we passed at the Sonoma convention to prevent? If someone were to propose a procedure change making it that one half of all non-abstain votes cast must be affirmative, I would support that.

Ya know, I am not on the wiki as "Nicholas du Grifos."Also, you might want to go through and edit out this "Siskind" guy. I don't know who he is, but you linked him to somebody else *hint hint nudge nudge*. 3e knowe ek that in fourme of speche is chaunge / With-inne a thousand 3eer, and wordes tho / That hadden pris now wonder nyce and straunge / Us thenketh hem, and 3et thei spake hem so, / And spedde as wel in loue as men now do...
